Electrical Experimenter 1917

Click the links above to read the digital version of the oldest magazine in our collection, The Electrical Experimenter, the kind of magazine which propelled the “boy wonder” inventor stories or “Edisonades” which characterized the sf or proto-sf field of the time.

This magazine is in prime condition because it was not made from pulp paper. Of interest are drawings of then-new inventions and a movie review for “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” which mentions that science has finally caught up with the imagination of Jules Verne.
